Behold, a new minor character.
Her name is Wilma Wyomming Witchy or just Witchy for short. Bet you can't guess what she is. XP
She's a "friend" to Gwen...if you can call it that but Gwen does warm up to her eventually after they first meet.
The two are polar opposites. Witchy's the caring, friend-to-all-things kinda girl even to Skidderton. She's pretty naive too, immediately believing in something she's heard even if it's totally not true.
She loves to spread love to all and giving them big old lovey-dovey hugs (which can have hypnotic effects of people). She can be easily conned out of her wand though so that's trouble.
She never gets angry, merely giggling and laughing at stuff.
